Jamaican Yellow Bird Rum Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce banana liqueur
3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a tall glass of ice.
This is a more potent cocktail and best drink when having a party. May cause hang over the next day.

Jamaican Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken
Chicken seasoning
Jamaican all spice seasoning
Onions
Black pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
Flour
Oil
Preparation:
1. Season chicken with onions, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, Jamaican all spice seasoning etc.
2. Set aside and allow to pereate.
3. Heat oil in frying pan until boiling hot. Enough to cover chicken, as much as half way.
4. Prepare flour in a bowl. Shake chicken into flour then fry, making sure you shake heavy flour off before frying.
This dish go well with rice or rice and peas. You can also have it with potatoes, bread, roast or fresh vegetables.

Jamaican Pina Colada Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz light rum
2 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice
Preparation
Pour rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice.
Blend until smooth, and pour into a collins glass.
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
This is a smooth tasting drink suitable for when relaxing after a hard day at work or just having fun with friends and love ones.

Jamaican Zombie Rum Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
1 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Dark Rum
2 oz Light Rum
1 oz (fresh) Lime Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Passion fruit Juice
2 tsp Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a tall glass of ice.
This drink is wicked and best for real party crowd. Warning will cause serious hangover.
